01Consistency without copying a plan blindly
A reusable protocol is a starting point, not a decision for the next patient. Review suitability, adapt supported operational details and confirm instructions before a plan becomes active.
02Make ownership explicit at each stage
Agree who prepares, approves and follows the plan.
- Select suitable published content and check the patient-specific context.
- Review tasks, schedule, owner instructions and configured escalation arrangements.
- Activate through the authorized clinic workflow and review reported progress during the episode.
03Inspect approval and revision, not just the template
Bring a fictional case to the demo. Ask to see the draft, approval, owner view and how a revision is handled. In the pilot, measure setup effort and corrections needed before release. Keep prescriptions and the authoritative clinical record in your PIMS.
